The first ever diesel-powered Chevrolet SUV will go on sale this August.
These are the first pictures of the Captiva, which will make its global debut at Geneva Motor Show in March.
Tailored to European requirements, the vehicle will be available with a 2.0-litre, 150bhp diesel unit, plus a 2.4-litre petrol.
Captiva will also be the first
model in Chevrolet's European range available with an electronic stability program (ESP).
It will be offered with either a five or seven seat arrangement and is heavily based on the S3X concept seen at the Paris Motor Show in 2004.
