[03/26/2007] It appears (for the time being at least) that the mystery of which AMG model will be making its premier at the New York Auto Show has been solved. According to AutoTelegraaf.nl, the new model set to debut is the CL65 AMG, and they've got the photos to prove it.

It appears (for the time being at least) that the mystery of which AMG model will be making its premier at the New York Auto Show has been solved. According to AutoTelegraaf.nl, the new model set to debut is the CL65 AMG, and they've got the photos to prove it.
Taken in Amsterdam during preparations for the AutoRAI, the photos clearly showcase a CL65 - a model which will be powered by the same 6.0-Liter 612 hp V12 Biturbo found in its sibling - the S65 AMG. AutoTelegraaf expects a 0-62 mph time of 4.5 seconds, while top speed is limited to the standard 155 mph.
