Engines offered so far are the 3.0-litre in-line six and the 4.8-litre V8 pumping a massive 261kW.
Hints that lead us to believe a hotter X5 is coming are the larger exhaust pipes and the entirely new front bumper with bigger air-intakes to ensure cooling of brakes and engine.
